A national food and beverage manufacturing organization is seeking a Plant Engineering Manager to lead engineering and maintenance efforts in a fast-paced environment. You will direct projects, maximize production capabilities, and ensure adherence to goals and plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering role.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• PLC programming skills are required.
• Experience managing capital projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the maintenance and engineering groups to maximize optimum production of machines and equipment.
• Review and analyze production, quality, and maintenance to determine causes of nonconformity with product specification and production problems and provide solutions.
• Develop and implement procedures to eliminate operating problems and improve the quality of the products.
• Manage capital and expense projects to meet scope, budget and timeline as defined.
• Provide direction to engineering and maintenance personnel to modify machines and equipment to improve production.
• Plan and schedule equipment maintenance & repairs to support production schedule.
