Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering or maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading maintenance teams.
• Strong background in equipment reliability and preventive maintenance.
• Proven experience managing capital projects and equipment installations.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with facility management and/or mobile equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
