Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own capital projects from concept to completion, delivering on time and budget with safety and quality.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems (Preventive, Predictive, TPM) to maximize plant performance.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team, delegate tasks, and ensure safe operation.
• Provide short-term fixes and long-term solutions to daily operations with minimal downtime.
• Track KPIs to drive continuous improvement across equipment reliability and efficiency.
