Qualifications

• Bachelor's level engineering degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of engineering experience in an operating plant setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant performance and heat balance for efficiency improvements.
• Review and apply internal engineering guidelines and standards at site level.
• Contribute to project planning and execution across all phases from frontend input to post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with corporate engineering and other work groups to integrate Asset Engineering practices.
• Act as site NERC Compliance Officer and interface with Compliance Team and external stakeholders.
• Own the Management of Change program at the site level.
• Provide O&M feedback to advance effective solutions for facility issues.
• Assess economic benefits of proposed technical solutions and recommend alternatives.
• Implement safe and effective engineering solutions relating to plant emissions and equipment performance.
