• Operates Emergency Generator and Transfer Switch System per Joint Commission Standards to ensure essential electrical function during emergencies and outages.
• Operates HVAC systems, building automation systems, refrigeration monitoring systems for patient care and comfort.
• Performs scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs of environmental control equipment and patient care systems.
• Performs and documents equipment inspection rounds to ensure data for maintenance control.
• Performs water testing and treatment to meet established requirements.
• Maintains inventory of parts and supplies for maintenance efficiency.
• Monitors and documents all work tasks for maintenance control.
• Establishes good working relations with staff, patients, supervisors, vendors, and contractors.
