In this onsite role, you will provide engineering expertise for plant systems, troubleshooting equipment issues, and leading root-cause analyses. You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans, support outages and capital projects, and analyze performance data to improve efficiency, reliability, and environmental compliance. Working closely with operations, maintenance, and environmental teams, you’ll help drive continuous improvement, uphold strict safety and integrity standards, and contribute to Calpine’s cleaner, lower-carbon energy mission.
