Job summary

A leading dairy brand in Kennewick, WA, is seeking a Plant EHS & Safety Manager responsible for ensuring employee health and safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of EHS experience. This role involves conducting audits, managing safety programs, and promoting a culture of safety across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ experience in the EHS function required.
• Able to manage multiple EHS programs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Protect health and safety of all TCCA employees.
• Champion environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct EHS audits and risk assessments.
• Manage Workers’ Compensation processes.
