Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. is seeking a Plant EHS Manager in Danville, VA to lead development and deployment of environmental, health, and safety programs within a manufacturing setting.

As the Plant EHS Manager you will lead the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements while advancing EHS performance, engagement, and culture across the facility. The Plant EHS Manager serves as the site leader for EHS management systems and partners with key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives aligned with business goals. This position also represents the organization with regulatory agencies, community leaders, and external stakeholders to promote trust, transparency, and effective EHS practices.
Goodyear offers a competitive pay and comprehensive total rewards package designed with your physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing in mind. The pay range for this position is $105,288.00 - $195,533.00 However, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
