The Plant Manager will monitor and coordinate the effective and efficient utilization of employees through proactive, high participation work team involvement. The position directs all day to day activities of the plant consistent with company policies and procedures.
Supports and maintains all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement as well as standard work procedures. Promotes and supports Food Safety Program, as well as Food Culture.
Determines the approval for new controlled documents or change of existing documents.
Coordinates with ISO standards for preventative machine maintenance and complies with documented procedures.
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
5-10 years Management Experience Preferred
5-10 years Manufacturing Process Knowledge Preferred.
History of production supervision or management in an injection molding facility, effectively setting priorities for production and attaining those priorities.
Personal management style that is people-oriented with ability to effectively communicate, motivate, train and hold accountable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
Excellent oral and written skills as well as computer literacy skills including Word and Excel.
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
