Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking a Plant Controlling professional to analyze financial performance and drive cost optimization at our Wooster, OH plant.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate policies while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, financial analysis, and variance analysis.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Plant Management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.

Your Qualifications

Required:

3 to 5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, financial analysis, and variance analysis.

Advanced in Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
