Job summary

Strong background in manufacturing finance, risk analysis, and leadership across teams is required; MBA/CMA/CPA preferred. Reports to Plant Leader and leads 2 salaried direct reports with a focus on safety and corporate compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or relevant discipline; MBA, CMA, CPA preferred.
• Experience leading manufacturing finance, budgeting, forecasting and investment analysis.
• Experience with risk analysis, contingency planning and contract evaluation.
• Strong communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Live the safety standards and adhere to safety responsibilities.
• Lead operations planning aligned to corporate and division objectives.
• Maintain internal controls (GAAP, SOX) and ensure data integrity and asset protection.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and plant financial projections.
• Oversee monthly plant closing with Accounting and communicate results.
• Drive plant profitability through productivity improvements and cost controls.
• Develop talent and lead cross-functional teams.
