Job summary

You will lead the finance function for the site, partner with the General Manager, and drive profitability, cash flow, and long-term performance while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and US GAAP. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 8 years of related experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience and training.
• Background in manufacturing/cost accounting is preferred.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize site financial performance and drive profitability, cashflow, and long-term results.
• Lead and develop the Finance team to ensure accurate reporting and compliant processes.
• Ensure adherence to US GAAP, tax, customs and trade compliance, and internal controls.
