• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Experience supporting plant operations and partnering with manufacturing leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP systems experience.
