Medline is seeking an experienced Finance professional to support its Glens Falls, NY manufacturing facility and the Namic division. The role partners with operations and finance to analyze production volumes, manage costs, and drive profitability.
Responsibilities include budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling with ERP systems. The ideal candidate has manufacturing finance experience, a proactive attitude, and strong Excel skills.
This position will provide primary Finance support for Medline’s Glens Falls manufacturing facility with additional manufacturing finance coverage for the Namic product division. The position reports to a Sr. Finance Manager and will have a dotted line to the Glens Falls Sr. Director of Manufacturing Operations.
This position involves analyzing production volumes, controlling manufacturing expenses, reviewing capital expenditures & being a business partner to all functions within the manufacturing facilities.
The right individual for this role is someone who has prior experience in manufacturing finance, is a self-starter, energetic, and willing to take on challenges with a positive attitude.

$101,000.00 - $152,000.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
