Job summary

Qualifications
- Pursuing PhD or Master's in molecular biology, cell biology, plant physiology, protein biochemistry, entomology, or related field.
- Experience applying molecular and cell biology techniques including cloning and transformation.
- Experience with microscopy, microbiology, entomology, or macromolecular assays.
- Organized and proactive with teamwork and data presentation.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook; preferred data analysis tools.
Responsibilities
- Partner with innovation pipeline teams to evaluate projects in molecular biology, entomology, and plant transformation.
- Collaborate on experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation of results.
- Execute lab-based experiments guiding go/no-go decisions for pipeline implementation.
- Share updates through regular meetings and scientific presentations.
- Maintain meticulous records to ensure compliance.
