Job summary

Just Food Company in Appleton, MN, is seeking Production Operators to safely run our production equipment across processing, packaging, sanitation, and warehouse areas. You will record data, maintain clean work areas, and adhere to safety rules in a fast-paced setting.

We value team players with reliability and good communication who are ready for a 12-hour rotating shift and physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience; food manufacturing a big plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Positive attitude and team mindset.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift (6 AM-6 PM or 6 PM-6 AM, Mon-Thurs).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment across processing, packaging, sanitation, or warehouse areas.
• Follow all safety rules and company procedures at all times.
• Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe work areas.
• Accurately record production data and ingredient usage.
• Communicate clearly with shift leaders and teammates.
• Perform light maintenance or equipment adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with your team to meet production goals.
