The role collaborates with plant operations and corporate finance, supports budgeting, forecasting, and SOX internal controls, and reports to the Plant Manager in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing accounting or manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory controls, and month-end close.
• Experience with SOX-aligned or internal control environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory accuracy, including quarterly physical inventories, audit cadence, and variance resolution.
• Manage monthly closing, plant financial statements, and standardized financial reporting in accordance with corporate timelines.
• Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan submissions.
• Maintain standard costs, cost accounting processes, and bills of materials (BOMs).
• Manage compliance with SOX internal controls and maintain audit readiness; participate in production meetings.
