EnerSys is seeking a Plant 2 Past­ing Lead for the 2nd shift in Springfield, MO. Directly responsible for the complete operation of a designated production area, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities include daily production scheduling, assisting in hiring and evaluations, maintaining quality standards, training personnel, and upholding safety requirements in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 1 year supervisory experience would be beneficial

• Assist in hiring decisions and the selection of department personnel for assignment of duties, promotion, transfer, and discharge, including evaluations and performance reviews
• Maintain product quality using workmanship standards, assembly instructions, test procedures, and other applicable documentation

• Maintain safety of work area according to company safety requirements

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-4 years related experience in production field
• 1-year supervisory experience
