Job summary

Aegis Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Plans, Policy, Futures Support Analyst to support the Joint Navigation Warfare Center at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, NM. The role uses classified and unclassified tools to support DoD NAVWAR missions and inform operational planners.

The candidate will perform multidiscipline intelligence analysis, assess threats, develop intelligence products, and coordinate with the IC and allied partners, with shift work and travel as required. Must be a U.S.

Qualifications

Position Summary Aegis Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a Plans, Policy, Futures Support Analyst to support the Joint Navigation Warfare Center at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As part of the JNWC team, the selected candidate will support the Department of Defense’s Navigation Warfare mission and help ensure positioning, navigation, and timing superiority for combatant commanders and joint forces. This position will use classified and unclassified analytical tools, intelligence tradecraft, and multidiscipline analysis to support regional and global threat assessments, identify risks and vulnerabilities, develop intelligence products, and provide timely information to operational planners and decisionmakers. The work supports an improved understanding of friendly and adversary NAVWAR Orders of Battle and PNT-related operational successes and threats.
Key Responsibilities

• Utilize classified and unclassified analytical tools and expert analysis to support regional and global threat assessments and facilitate understanding of the threat picture.
• Oversee and support the delivery of multilayered, multi-intelligence research products focused on existing, evolving, and emerging improvised threats.
• Provide detailed threat analyses and assessments involving national and global threats to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures.
• Utilize analytical tools and established tradecraft to provide timely, relevant, and understandable analysis and intelligence materials that inform decision-makers and influence outcomes.
• Assist supported-unit intelligence personnel in carrying out assigned tasks.
• Work closely with other analysts, planners, and integrators to develop operations and intelligence products, supporting materials, and training solutions.
• Provide consistent, real-time updates of current analyses and assessments to existing intelligence databases.
• Ensure coordination with higher headquarters, the Intelligence Community, allies, and partner nations.
• Support CONUS and OCONUS operations, exercises, conferences, and other mission requirements as needed.
• Perform shiftwork when required to support operations, exercises, conferences, and time-sensitive mission activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must possess and maintain a current Secret clearance for the P3 level or a current Top Secret/SCI clearance for the P4 level.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, engineering, intelligence, computer science, information technology, or another related field.
• At least five years of relevant intelligence-analysis experience.
• Experience conducting multidiscipline intelligence analysis.
• Experience conducting analysis in a deployed PNT environment.
• Experience providing analytical support to operations.
• Expert understanding of intelligence-analysis tools and/or an understanding of intelligence-targeting tools.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in a classified environment.
• Ability and willingness to perform shiftwork and support CONUS or OCONUS travel when required.
• Must successfully complete any required government security investigation and continue to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate of a military Intermediate Level Education course, such as the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College or another service-equivalent program.
• Graduate of a Joint Professional Military Education course, such as Naval Command and Staff or another service-equivalent program.
• Graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies or a Joint War College.
