About the Position: The Plans, Operations & Training Specialist provides support to the Army Health Clinic Myer located Fort Myer, MD, helping ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and facility operations. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Develop, interpret, write, apply and evaluate the Emergency Management Plan (EMP) that ensure the readiness and emergency response posture of the MTF.
