Geo Owl seeks a Plans Coordinator to support USCENTCOM at MacDill AFB, FL. The role involves coordinating planning activities with military and government staff to advance priorities and objectives.

Candidates should have a strong background in military planning, excellent English communication, and proficiency with MS Office. The position requires a TS/SCI clearance and is a full-time CONUS assignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of military service.
• 2+ years at Joint or Combined Command HQ.
• Effective English oral and written communication.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and coordination for J5-Plans divisions and all contract staff.
• Provide DTS and travel coordination support.
• Support contract staff administrative requirements (ID cards, security badges, network).
• Coordinate logistical support for daily activities, conferences, working groups.
• Serve as alternate J5-Plans TMT Administrator.
• Provide support to SSO; create staff clearance validations/requests.
• Provide FOIA/MDR coordination support.
