Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to support the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in a single store. You will own end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly, while delivering legendary customer service.

The role requires retail/merchandising experience, the ability to read and count accurately, and physical endurance to move merchandise. Shifts vary by store and may exceed four hours per shift.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update and maintain store signage including price changes and promotions.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in stores using GURA.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
