Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store on a fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will own start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly, while delivering legendary service.

You will maintain planograms, resets, and visual standards, assist with store layout initiatives, and support other duties as needed. This role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to lift and move merchandise safely.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18+ and able to read, write, count.
• Preferred knowledge: farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
