Acosta Group is seeking a detail-oriented merchandiser to create Planograms (POGs) and support space management in retail accounts. Proficiency in Excel and data mining helps turn data into insights.

This is a full-time office role four days per week, with a focus on accuracy and timely deliverables. You will develop client-specific reports, ensure planograms meet visual standards, and collaborate with BI teams and data tool vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of reset/merchandising experience or an Associate’s degree.
• Knowledge of Blue Yonder (JDA), Apollo/Symphony, and EYC Space Management Software is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Identify and leverage data to diagnose situations and identify solutions.
• Data mining using CPG math concepts and tools.
• Manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide space management and merchandising on assigned categories and customers, including analysis of financial data and insights.
• Develop client-specific reporting measuring performance against strategies and objectives.
• Ensure planograms meet customer and client visual standards while increasing space for brands based on sales performance.
• Data management — collecting, organizing, storing, and maintaining data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Quality control of data sources and liaising with BI associates and data/tool vendors.
• Perform user-acceptance testing for space management tools.
