Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join the Field Activity Support Team (FAST). You will own and execute planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandising tasks and fixture assembly.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service and maintaining visual merchandise standards throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and store signage as directed.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in store.
• Assist with price changes and merchandising resets in a timely manner.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs as needed.
• Communicate progress and issues with the District FAST Supervisor.
