Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in-store, handling planograms, signage, and price changes while delivering legendary customer service. You will work with customers and teammates, complete floor sets, assemble fixtures, and ensure visual standards.

Shifts vary by store and may range from 4 to 10 hours per day, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Prior retail/merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations about work completion, issues and solutions.
