Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a diligent team member to complete weekly plan-o-gram work in a grocery store setting.

You will prepare the work area, collect new item tags, and reposition shelving to reflect updated schematics, ensuring customers can shop other sections efficiently. Responsibilities include reading plan-o-grams, maintaining a clean work area, reporting completion to supervisors, and working independently while staying professional with store staff and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Smartphone with internet/data access required; may require app permissions.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item product and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections to allow customers to shop other sections.
• Re-position shelving and reflect updated schematic.
• Clean up work area.
• Complete forms and report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Be professional and helpful with customers.
• Maintain good relationship with store management and staff.
• Adhere to clocking in/out guidelines and safety policies.
• Perform additional store support during holidays or urgent needs.
