Job summary

You will build strong relationships with store teams, execute displays, manage planograms, and complete timely reports using mobile reporting tools. The role suits a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, flexible retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb and move throughout the retail environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; occasional up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable working in cold store environments (refrigerated/freezer sections).
• Planogram experience is a plus.
• Experience in retail merchandising or consumer packaged goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to meet deadlines.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
