Job summary

GLD is seeking a detail-oriented Planning & Merchandising Analyst in Miami to support product setup and data operations across the merchandising organization. You will manage SKU creation, purchase order entry, and assortment data to move products from concept to launch.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in merchandising, buying, or product/retail operations, with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Maintain product and SKU records in our ERP system.
  • Manage purchase order creation and tracking.
  • Support custom/special order production timelines.
  • Keep assortment data (pricing, materials, categories, etc.) accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, Ecommerce, and Operations teams.
