Responsibilities:

• 8 to 10 years of planning experience in Medical or Non-Medical domain (experience in Mechanical & electrical components)
• Strong experience in Demand planning & Product life cycle planning
• Experience in Purchasing, Production scheduling, Inventory management, Customer service, logistics and warehouse Management
• Coordinates between all the departments to ensure products are supplied to market on time.
• Responsible for managing metrics to scorecard teams performance in these areas.
• Develops and communicates plans which ensure resources are optimized and service levels are not sacrificed and adequate inventory exists to support the organization.
• Direct teams, remove obstacles and implement practices which ensures customers receive product in a timely manner using cost efficient processes (workforce planning, inventory management, purchasing, systems utilization)
• Experience in demand planning tools like SAP
• Experience in dashboarding & analytics for demand prediction
• Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent experience (Engineering degree not required)
