Job summary

• 5+ years of experience in an architectural/planning role, including mentoring a team.
• Proficient in Revit with 4+ years experience.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and processes.
• Ability to lead planning applications end-to-end from feasibility to submission and decision.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Degree in Architecture, Planning, or a related field.
• Must have prior UK work experience in a planning practice.

• Driving creative and strategic input on projects while maintaining quality, compliance, and delivery standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven ability to lead planning applications end-to-end, from feasibility through to submission and decision
• Solid design sensibility, strategic thinking, and clear communication skills
• Confidence presenting ideas and leading creative and client-facing discussions
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills
• A degree in Architecture, Planning, or a related field
