Job summary

Oceaneering seeks a planning leader for our Houston on-campus facility. You will drive demand, capacity, material, and inventory planning to ensure on-time delivery and optimized stock levels, coordinating across manufacturing and supply teams.

The role demands strategic thinking, data-driven decisions, and proven experience in end-to-end planning within an industrial environment. It is a full-time on-site position based in Houston, TX.

Purpose

• Responsible for leading the Planning function, including demand planning, production planning, material requirements planning, inventory planning, and scheduling activities. The role ensures alignment between customer demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and business priorities to support on-time delivery, optimized inventory levels, and operational performance.

• This position is full-time on campus. It is not a remote work position.
