About This Role

The IBP Change Enablement & Reporting Leader is responsible for driving adoption, governance, training, communications, and reporting capabilities that support Carrier's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and inventory transformation initiatives. The role serves as the central point of coordination between business leaders, planning teams, operations, materials, and digital platforms to ensure visibility, alignment, and sustained adoption of planning processes, inventory strategies, and planning technologies. This individual will lead executive reporting, inventory performance analytics, stakeholder engagement, training programs, and change enablement activities while supporting the overall operating rhythm of the Planning Transformation Office.

Job Description
Change Enablement & Adoption
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of Integrated Business Planning processes across business units, with a focus on Kinaxis and other SAAS solutions like SAP HANA, LeanDNA etc.
  • Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and adoption planning.
  • Support development and deployment of standardized IBP workflows, governance, and best practices.
  • Drive organizational readiness and behavioral adoption of new capabilities.
  • Measure and improve adoption through defined metrics and feedback mechanisms.
Training & Capability Development
  • Define learning and capability‑building strategies supporting planning transformation.
  • Develop training frameworks, curriculum, job aids, and learning materials.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs, workshops, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
  • Measure training effectiveness and user proficiency.
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Develop executive and end‑user communications to support transformation initiatives.
  • Create leadership presentations, updates, newsletters, and awareness campaigns.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment and engagement across stakeholders.
  • Coach leaders on their role in driving successful change.
Reporting & Governance
  • Own transformation reporting, scorecards, adoption KPIs, and executive dashboards.
  • Coordinate leadership reviews, steering committees, and governance meetings.
  • Track initiative progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, and action items.
  • Provide concise executive summaries and recommendations to leadership.
Inventory Reporting & Business Performance Insights
  • Lead development and maintenance of inventory performance reporting and executive dashboards.
  • Establish standardized KPIs supporting inventory optimization, materials management, and planning effectiveness.
  • Deliver executive‑level reporting on inventory health, working capital, service levels, excess and obsolete inventory, and planning performance.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Drive reporting consistency across businesses and regions.
Transformation Operations Support
  • Support overall planning transformation operating cadence and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional activities and ensure alignment across initiatives.
  • Facilitate action tracking, follow‑up, and decision management.
  • Maintain visibility into transformation performance and business outcomes.
Adoption & Value Realization
  • Define and monitor adoption metrics for planning processes, reports, dashboards, and digital solutions.
  • Track realization of inventory and planning performance improvements.
  • Identify barriers to adoption and develop mitigation plans.
  • Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree
  • 8+ years of experience in driving change management strategies across complex transformation programs
  • 6+ years of experience leading large‑scale, cross‑functional business processes and technology transformations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Business, Supply Chain, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, or Operations
  • Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification.
  • PMP, CSCP, CPIM, or related project/supply chain certification.
  • Experience with supply chain planning transformations (SIOP/IBP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management).
  • Experience with enterprise planning platforms such as Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Oracle, or similar tools.
Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

Thisposition is entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
