Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (Central San) is seeking a Planning and Optimization Division Manager to join its team.

The Planning and Optimization Division Manager will lead the planning, optimization, and continuous improvement of Central San’s wastewater treatment, collection, pumping, recycled water, and resource recovery systems. This is a highly visible management role with significant influence over Central San’s long-term capital improvement roadmap and operational performance. The division provides strategic leadership and technical direction for long-range planning, innovation, asset management, process control, and the planning and design of strategic projects across the collection, treatment, and resource recovery systems.
