Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Alamo, TN is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment Manager to lead the IBP process, align demand with supply and financial planning, and drive a single integrated rolling plan across the value chain.

You will own warehouse and inventory management, optimize working capital, and champion ERP best practices. You will mentor a high-performing team while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective supplier collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• APICS CPIM certification.
• Lean 6S certifications.

Responsibilities
