Job summary

HAVI, a global expert in supply chain optimization, seeks a Manager, Planning Analytics in Chicago. You will lead analytics teams, shape planning product evolution, and drive automation across inventory, demand planning and reporting.

You will collaborate with Product, Process and Technology teams, coach talent, and set roadmaps while applying AI and advanced analytics to enhance decision support. Hybrid work in Chicago area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a related field with strong quantitative background.
• 5+ years in supply chain analytics or planning operations with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable analytics and planning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution and improvement of planning analytics products and systems.
• Own a roadmap of enhancements to improve performance, usability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions.
