Job summary

Qorvo in Richardson, TX is seeking a Planning Analyst for New Product Integration (NPI) to coordinate materials, schedules, and supply chain activities from development through production in an SAP-based environment.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Program Management to ensure on-time readiness, manage shortages, and support product transitions to volume production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, planning, procurement, or a related internship or co-op.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional manufacturing environment.

Position Summary

The New Product Integration (NPI) Planner supports the launch of new semiconductor products from development through production. Working in an SAP-based planning environment, this role coordinates materials, schedules, and supply chain activities with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Program Management.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, or another high-tech industry.
• Experience with SAP ERP, MRP, inventory management, or production planning concepts.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools.

Work Location

• Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 4 days per week onsite.
• One remote day per week, subject to business needs and manager approval.
• Additional onsite support may be required during critical product launch activities.

• On-time material readiness for NPI, engineering, and qualification builds.
• Accurate SAP planning and inventory data.
• Effective shortage management and cross-functional launch support.
