Provides senior-level planning, programming, project formulation, and design-level management to support the capital program. Responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals in the delivery of various projects on time and within budget. Oversees the formulation, design, construction, and successful transition to operation of assigned projects. Works closely with stakeholders to maintain financial projections and develop long-term plans. Leads and manages consultants, ensuring quality, cost, schedule, and safety goals are met. Provides leadership in reporting and analysis to support decision-making and sustainable design goals.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Planning and seven years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
