- Research land development applications and prepare staff reports.
- Meet with applicants and professionals; conduct site visits.
- Process tasks from intake to development order; prepare status reports.
- Provide technical review of zoning, future land use, and permits.
- Make presentations to boards and coordinate activities.
- Access and manage information from computer systems.
