C&W Services is seeking a Planner Scheduler to coordinate daily activities for up to 20 route maintenance technicians and vendors across client facilities in the region. The role requires strong CMMS usage, advanced MS Office skills and ability to develop KPI reports.
The candidate will work in a safety-conscious environment, with responsibilities including pre-job hazard assessment, risk reviews, and ensuring efficient utilization of technician time and travel.
Planner Scheduler
This position will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of up to 20 technicians and vendors to maintain our client owned facilities in the region. Facility systems include all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and utility systems installed in/on the customer’s property and facilities. To include all utility systems, building & grounds, HVAC systems, electrical equipment, building controls, plumbing systems, indoor/outdoor lighting and life safety equipment.
This position will also assist the regional manager and the director of operations with other duties to include but not limited to the following.

Possess a high school diploma or an approved GED certificate
3 years experience as a planner/scheduler utilizing a CMMS to plan and schedule route maintenance technicians and vendors.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $29.75 - $35.00
