Develop, execute and communicate sales and margin plans for Kay.com and KayOutlet.com. Identify and quantify sales and margin opportunities and risks. Support ecommerce performance through analytics, promotional execution, assortment management, and cross‑functional coordination to achieve financial and operational objectives.
Performs additional duties and projects as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business or related area
Non‑degreed candidates considered if the candidate has extensive background in retail merchandising (planning or buying)
Minimum 5 years of merchandise or retail experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgement and quantitative analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in Excel. Ability to quickly learn other software (Hyperion, SAP Finance, Business Objects, MFP, APT, Tableau, Altryx, etc.). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills. Detail oriented with strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
