Schaeffler is seeking a Planner - Demand Capacity Check (DCC) for Fort Mill, SC. You will implement demand planning processes, forecast methods, and systems aligned with business needs.

In this role you will analyze sales leads and contract data to conduct regular demand planning and reporting, develop capacity plans for production resources, and resolve bottlenecks while coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Strong English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Implement demand planning processes, forecasting methods, and systems aligned with business requirements.

• Identify and resolve internal and external capacity bottlenecks; escalate issues to the accountable manager if necessary.

• Analyze incoming demand to maintain accurate planning and forecasting.
• Interpret data as needed to support decision-making and process improvements.
