Job summary

Onto Innovation is hiring a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain the master production schedule across product lines and factories, aligning plans with demand forecasts and inventory targets.

You will partner with supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and engineering to optimize capacity, resolve scheduling conflicts, and support new product introductions using ERP/MRP tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in production planning or scheduling, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in ERP/MRP systems and scheduling tools (SAP/Oracle).

• Capacity & Resource Planning: Analyze capacity constraints, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to meet delivery commitments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales operations, procurement, and engineering to resolve scheduling conflicts and support new product introductions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track schedule performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools; communicate status and risks to leadership.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices for scheduling efficiency, leveraging analytics and ERP/MRP systems.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Master Scheduling is responsible for developing and maintaining the master production schedule to meet customer demand, optimize capacity, and ensure on-time delivery. Reporting to the Manger of Global Planning, collaborates with supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and engineering to align production plans with business objectives.

Compensation & Growth

Base Salary Range:

$76,000.00 - $114,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
