This role works closely with leadership, board members, and key stakeholders to cultivate donor relationships, expand planned giving initiatives, and enhance donor engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for building lasting donor connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Planned Giving and Major Gifts strategy
• Cultivate and solicit major donors and planned giving prospects
• Lead fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, and stewardship
• Collaborate with leadership, board members, and financial professionals
• Manage donor database, fundraising performance, and compliance
• Represent the agency and foster a culture of philanthropy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s or CFRE preferred
• 5-10 years of fundraising experience, focusing on major and planned gifts
• Proven success in securing six- and seven-figure gifts
• Strong relationship‑building and donor cultivation skills
• Knowledge of estate planning and charitable giving laws
• Experience with CRM donor management systems.

Work Environment

Professional, fast‑paced setting requiring 30 hours/4 days per week, minimal evening/weekend hours and some travel.
