The Analyst, Plan Testing is responsible for supporting Commercial plan testing by interpreting client intent behind medical benefit designs and validating that intent through claims-based testing in ACAS. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, along with expertise in ACAS and related platforms such as PERS/CCI, to ensure new and revised plans are tested accurately before claim release.
The Analyst, Plan Testing is responsible for reviewing benefit intent, designing the appropriate test approach, and guiding testers on how to validate Commercial plans in ACAS. Key responsibilities include:

The typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $49.08
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
