Traffic Control Designer
Duties Include But Not Limited To
- Develop work area traffic control plans which meet customers work zone and project phasing requirements and determine if permit services are required
- Submit plans to city/controlling agencies for review and approval as required
- Coordinate for permit services as required per customer
- Attend meetings with customer and city/controlling agencies
- Revise plans per city/controlling agency’s direction
- Manage multiple projects for timely completion meeting contractor’s schedule
- Review and advise on traffic plan drawings
- Log and track plans in Excel
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to multi‑task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Displays organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
