Job summary

Stevenson Staffing LLC seeks an experienced attorney to join a plaintiff personal injury team in Irvine, CA. You will manage cases from intake through settlement, develop case strategies, and advocate for clients with a focus on maximizing value.

You will collaborate with case managers, medical professionals, and opposing counsel to build strong settlements. California bar in good standing required; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; local onsite availability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 5+ years of law firm experience.
• Strong knowledge of California personal injury laws and procedures.
• Proven experience managing a significant personal injury caseload.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple matters.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned cases.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review demand packages, legal documents, and settlement materials.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Evaluate settlement offers and provide strategic recommendations.
• Communicate directly with clients and guide them through the legal process.
• Work closely with case managers, legal assistants, medical professionals, lien negotiators, and other attorneys.
• Take ownership of your caseload while maintaining high standards of client service.
