Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Houston, TX. The attorney will manage personal injury cases through the litigation process, develop strategies, oversee discovery, and negotiate settlements.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of civil litigation experience, strong advocacy and communication skills, and is licensed or eligible to practice in Texas. This role offers a collaborative, team‑oriented environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of civil litigation experience, ideally with personal injury or plaintiff-side work.
• Strong knowledge of and ability to apply Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence.
• Excellent oral advocacy, legal writing, and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of plaintiff personal injury cases from filing through trial.
• Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials independently.
• Develop case strategy and oversee discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and advocate zealously for clients.
• Work closely with experts, investigators, and medical professionals to build strong cases.
