Banks, Stubbs, & McFarland seeks a Litigation Attorney to join our plaintiff-side personal injury team in Georgia. You will manage a diverse caseload and lead cases from investigation through trial, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery while delivering compassionate, client-focused service.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Georgia civil procedure.
• Trial experience and excellent advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload: motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury.
• Lead cases from investigation through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands.
• Take/defend depositions and negotiate with insurers.
• Prepare for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Communicate compassionately with clients.
• Support business development through referrals and lead generation.
