Responsibilities

  • Manage and litigate plaintiff-side First Party Property claims from inception to resolution
  • Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
  • Communicate with clients and provide exceptional client service
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and business growth initiatives
